Privacy
What this website and the client portal collect, why, and who handles it. Plain language, no surprises.
The contact form
When you send a request through the contact form we receive what you typed: your name, company, email, phone if you gave it, facility type, the service you chose and your message, plus the IP address the request came from (used only to stop abuse). It is delivered to us by email and used to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share it with anyone outside Life Safety 360 and FirePro.
The client portal
If you have a portal account, we hold your name, email, company and role, and the records of the work we do for your buildings: properties, work orders, inspection results and the notes around them. That is the service. Site-access details you give us for a visit are held for the technician who needs them; door codes are never stored in the portal by design.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts the website and the portal.
- Clerk handles sign-in for the portal.
- Upstash stores portal records.
- Resend delivers our email.
Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own terms. None of them sells it.
Cookies
The public website sets no tracking cookies. The portal sets the cookie that keeps you signed in, and nothing else.
Retention
Contact requests are kept as long as they are useful to answer you. Portal records are kept for as long as you are a client and for the period Georgia and federal rules expect inspection records to be produced (at least three years), because that is the point of them.

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete what we are not required to keep. Use the contact form.
