Fire Sprinkler Inspection & Testing

Inspection, testing and maintenance of wet, dry and pre-action sprinkler systems on the NFPA 25 frequencies, with the records to match.

Request fire sprinkler inspection & testing

NFPA 25 is a frequency table: some items are monthly, most are quarterly or annual, and a few come around every three or five years. A building that only gets an annual visit is missing the rest. We build the schedule for your system type, do what is due each visit, and keep the record straight so the five-year items do not get lost between contractors.

What is included

  • Quarterly inspections of gauges, control valves, alarm devices and fire department connections
  • Annual main drain tests, alarm tests and trip tests on dry and pre-action systems
  • Control valve exercising and supervisory switch testing
  • Five-year internal pipe inspections and gauge replacement or calibration
  • Antifreeze, backflow and standpipe items where the system has them
  • Impairment procedure and fire-watch guidance when a system is taken out of service

What you receive

NFPA 25 inspection and test records per frequency, a deficiency list with photos, and the five-year items tracked on your calendar.

Common questions

What is the difference between an inspection and a test?

An inspection is a visual check that the component is there and in the right condition. A test operates it: a main drain test, a trip test, an alarm test. NFPA 25 schedules both, separately.
